Project & Location Data • Project site locations for logistics and equipment dispatch coordination • GPS/location data (with permission) for real-time equipment tracking and fleet management • Project requirement details including equipment type, duration, and deployment locations • Material consumption and progress tracking data during active projects C. Information Collected Automatically • Device and browser information (type, OS, IP address) • Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration • Cookies and similar tracking technologies for platform functionality D. Information from Third Parties • Payment gateway data (we do not store full card or bank details) • KYC verification results from authorised verification services

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes: • Project Matching: Matching your project requirements with verified equipment suppliers and fleet owners on our network • Dispatch Logistics: Coordinating equipment mobilization, tracking real-time deployment locations, and managing on-site operations • Invoicing & Compliance: Processing GSTIN-based invoices, calculating platform fees, and maintaining financial records as required by Indian law • Service Improvements: Analyzing anonymized usage patterns to improve platform features and matching algorithms • Account Management: Creating and maintaining your corporate account and providing customer support • Fraud Prevention: Detecting and preventing unauthorized access, fraudulent listings, or platform misuse • Legal Compliance: Meeting obligations under the IT Act 2000, GST regulations, and other applicable Indian laws We will not use your data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose beyond those listed above without obtaining your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal or corporate data. Your information is shared only as follows: • Verified Logistical Partners & Fleet Owners: Your project details, site location, and contact information are shared only with verified equipment suppliers and fleet owners who are directly involved in your specific transaction. No data is shared with third parties unrelated to your active project. • Service Providers: Cloud hosting (AWS), payment processors, and communication services—all bound by strict data processing agreements and prohibited from using your data for any other purpose. • Legal Authorities: If required by law, court order, or government regulation under Indian law. • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to standard confidentiality protections. All third-party partners are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and may only process it as directed by us for your specific transaction.

We use cookies and similar technologies to: • Keep you logged in across sessions • Remember your preferences (location, filters) • Analyse traffic and usage patterns (via anonymized Google Analytics) • Display relevant content You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some Platform functionality. We do not use cookies to display third-party advertising.

We retain your personal data for as long as: • Your account is active • It is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy • We are required to do so by law (typically 7 years for financial records under Indian law) After account deletion, non-financial personal data is purged within 90 days. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols and technical measures to protect sensitive corporate data and financial information, including: • TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit between your browser/app and our servers • Encrypted storage for sensitive fields (passwords hashed with bcrypt, GSTIN and financial documents encrypted at rest) • Access controls limiting employee access to personal and corporate data on a strict need-to-know basis • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of our infrastructure All financial information, GSTIN data, and project-related corporate details are protected using industry-standard encryption protocols. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable law.

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
